Karthika has over ten years experience working for some of the largest corporate law firms in Australia. She has worked on many multi-billion dollar deals in structured finance, asset financing, tax structuring and litigation and general corporate law. Karthika has been trained by the best. She believes in plain English drafting so that her clients can easily read a draft and make commercial decisions to complete the deal.

Academically, Karthika has always excelled. She was the valedictorian at school in the VCE (HSC). She passed her law degree with first class honours. Karthika completed a 4 year Masters of Law at the University of Melbourne in 2 years while working full time.
